About The Honda Classic Golf Tournament

The Honda Classic takes place at the PGA National Resort & Spa each year. More than 200,000 fans attend the event to see some of the world’s top golf professionals. Net proceeds benefit youth in South Florida through Children’s Healthcare Charity.

Named the most fan-friendly event on the PGA Tour, the event requires more than 350,000 square feet of structures to bring visitors close to the action. Building out the grounds from a small staging area requires creative use of space and well-planned logistics.

The 2020 Honda Classic included new and expanded venues to accommodate near-record crowds. The popular Goslings Bear Trap & Cobra PUMA Golf Village is a popular spot during the event and is an impressive size, at 40,000 square feet.

The Corona Premier Clubhouse made its debut in 2020. The large clearspan tent:

Provided fans 360-degree views
Included 5,000 sq feet of stadium-style seating
Allowed fans to watch their favorite players on five different holes

Marquee provided a total of 135,000 square feet of tenting, as well as:

The Oasis - 2,000 square feet of luxury, tented seating
Family-care suites and a venue for fun and educational activities
LIRI Clearspan and Pagoda tents in many sizes for a variety of vendors
