Marquee Rental Services




Availability of products and pricing are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are for one-day rental and do not include delivery, tax, damage waiver fee, setup and/or break-down charges. If you desire to use the rental items for a longer period, please call our office for long-term rates.


Delivery is available at a nominal fee in our regular delivery area during regular business hours. Order minimums may apply to qualify for delivery. Otherwise, orders may be picked up and returned at Will Call at participating locations. Special containers are provided for your china, silver, glassware, etc., to ensure that you receive your items sanitized, undamaged, sparkling, and table-ready. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place on delivery. Rates quoted are for ground floor deliveries to your door.

Delivery/Pickup/Will Call

Order minimums may apply to qualify for delivery. Delivery and Pickup charges vary by location, time and order size. If you require a more exact delivery/pickup time, we offer Specified Delivery/Pickup.


Setup and takedown may be available if arranged in advance with our office staff at additional cost.


Remember, responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secure and protected from the weather when not in use.

Returning Your Rentals

All china, silver, utensils, etc., should be rinsed free of food and re-packed in the same containers as delivered. Linens should be returned linen bags provided by Marquee. Tables and chairs should be knocked down and stacked, ready for pickup. All items should be assembled in a single location, ready for pickup. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.

Damage Waiver/Equipment Protection

A non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee is charged on all rental items. This is a cost associated with renting our equipment therefore it is not refundable nor will it be waived. The Damage Waiver covers rental items that have minor damage due to accidental breakage. The customer is responsible for any missing or damaged equipment. Equipment that has been damaged due to neglect is not covered by the Damage Waiver.
