Job Description

We are seeking an Event Rental Coordinator to join our team! The Event Rental Coordinator is part of an Inside Sales Team that manages, develops and grows business. The Event Coordinator is responsible for meeting individual and team goals by developing relationships with clients through inside sales. Room for growth and development, commission and benefits!!

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Follow up with assigned leads / accounts
Answer inbound calls / online requests
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers
​Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Event / Rental experience a plus!
Ability to work in a team environment
